INSTRUCTIONS SKI TICKET PURCHASE WINTER:

• Choose desired ticket and date (Important: Check date again before payment!)
• Choose category (single or family ticket) and add to shopping cart
• If you already have a key card: Choose "reload" ticket (fill out WTP-number from key card)
• After payment you will receive a bill and QR-code via e-mail
• With this QR-Code (if you have it on your mobile phone - printing out isn't necessary) you may produce your ticket at the pickup box (see picture, pickup box located left of ticket counter1 at valley station)  

Please note with family packages: Tickets 2 adults+2 kids: The 3rd and 4th own child up to 18 years is free – kids up to 5 years also free – please have ID’s ready to prove family relation when you pick up your ski passes.

• Deposit for key card 3 EUR will be added to each ticket – refundable upon proper return
• Go to shopping cart – “Kassa” and pay via credit card
• Redeem your voucher (QR Code) at the upload terminal at the valley station with your mobile phone or in printed form.

Special reduction offers, for example student reductions are not available via online-shop – please come to the ticket counter if you wish to receive this reduction! Also not online available: Tickets for 3 Länder Freizeit-Arena, season passes and down and touring tickets.
