Only for multiple day tickets! Refunds are only made in the case of sports accidents. Only full and unused rest days are refunded. A medical certificate is required. For members of the family who depart early with the injured person, no cash refunds can be made. In the case of illness no refund possible.
Terms of sale and transportation:
All tickets are non-transferable! Lost ski passes will not be refunded. Bad weather, danger of avalanches, unforeseen departure, breakdown of single lifts, operational interruptions, weather limited operation adjustment or closing of ski slopes do not qualify for refunds or extensions. Anyone found in the control zone of a lift without a valid ticket has to pay the controller double the price of a day ticket.

You can pay cash or with credit card: VISA, VISA Elektron, V Pay, Mastercard, Matercard Electron, Maestro.
Safety:
In order to provide undisturbed ski pleasure for all, please observe the international skiing rules, ski responsibly and considerately. Skiing outside the marked slopes and in the woods is strictly forbidden! Carrying children in backpacks is forbidden without exception at all T-Bar lifts. Please note the stated conditions- and each information sign in the ski area. Children smaller than 1,25 m can't use the facilities unattended.
